  I've been going to Goodcents for almost 25 years now. On an average, I will grab a sandwich from there once a week (usually the penny club). For the second time in just the past 2 years, the price has gone from a $6 sandwich to $8. All the meanwhile, they have reduced the amount of meat by a slice of ham and a slice of turkey. They have taken away a slice of cheese and have taken away 2 slices of tomato for the standard. Having to ask every time to "add extra" has worn out its welcome. If I wanted cheese and tomato on only half the sandwich I would have let you know. So, after consideration, I noticed that I was now only going about once a month. From a marketing perspective, I'm curious to know whether it makes "good sense" to jack your prices up, reduce your quality, and have a valuable long time customer that was buying 4 $6.50 sandwiches per month to 1 $8 sandwich per month.
  Finally, I've decided to move on and part ways with Goodcents. And I will share this message often.
